Phases 1-4
PUSHA has signed long term lease with City of Edmonton on the site named Ivor dent sports park. Four phases of the project will be developed on the leased land. The development of PHASE-1 is underway and is expected to complete by mid August. The Conceptual image of the site with all four completed is similar to the image below which was professionally designed by Stantec for PUSHA and has been approved by City Administration.
Phase 1
- 5 full size soccer fields
- 2 training soccer fields
- Club House
- 2-4 Volleyball courts
Phase 2
- 1 Cricket pitch
- 1 Cricket pitch
Phase 3
- Artificial Turf field for Field Hockey, Soccer etc.
- Children Playground
Phase 4
- Indoor Sports Facility & Community Centre
Phase 5
As presented many times during dinner meetings, golf tournaments, the Funeral Services facility can’t be built on the CITY leased LAND. Once we have completed three phases of the project, we will start planning for this phase and will work with the community to buy land. At this point in time, we are looking at PHASE5 to be started by 2019.
